C\u2019est ce qui ressort d\u2019une enqu\u00eate men\u00e9e par PSI (Promotional Product Service Institute \u2013 qui organise \u00e9galement chaque ann\u00e9e le salon professionnel PSI \u00e0 D\u00fcsseldorf) dans le cadre du \u00ab PSI Industry Barometer \u00bb.<\/p>\n<h2>l\u2019image de marque et la fid\u00e9lit\u00e9 des clients<\/h2>\n<p>Les marketeers consid\u00e8rent que les product media permettent d\u2019am\u00e9liorer l\u2019image de marque, d\u2019accro\u00eetre la fid\u00e9lit\u00e9 des clients, de m\u00eame que la motivation des collaborateurs. Ils constituent par ailleurs un moyen de toucher de nouveaux clients. Les articles \u00e9lectroniques et multim\u00e9dia sont souvent utilis\u00e9s par les marketeers en tant que product media (un sur deux affirme recourir principalement \u00e0 ce type de produit).
