For the repositioning and expansion of the company, CarryOn is looking for a strong new
General Manager & Sales Executive F/M who can translate the company’s vision, products and solutions, together with her/his own input to the customers, in order to make targeted sales, dedicated actions and long term projects.

We are looking for a field sales Executive for the whole Belgian area, Meaning your Dutch, French and English must be very good or perfect.
As Sales Executive you are responsible for the further expansion but also deepening of the existing network of resellers in the promotional products and business gifts market, and this for the whole Belgian market.

You are responsible for developing the network of resellers both in Flanders and in Wallonia. You are the ambassador of our brands, offering our products and services and providing advice and follow-up to resellers and their customers through the following missions:

Responsibilities

* Prospecting & developing a network of customers (resellers), with the aim of increasing sales
and market share.
* Development and retention of the existing customer portfolio.
* Ensuring the presentation of the collections during visits, in showrooms and at trade fairs.
* Conducting daily customer visits on the Belgian territory.
* Being the main contact for your customers to take orders
(with the support of our back office and centralised processing of internet orders).
* Ensure follow-up of customer relations and regular presentation of new products.
* Ensuring analysis of what competitors are doing in the field and reporting regularly
to management.
* Organising and participating in various trade fairs.

Qualifications

* You have at least 2-5 years of sales experience.
* Knowledge of the Promotional Gifts & Garment market is a Strong plus!
* You live in a central location in Belgium.
* You have a natural drive for problem solving.
* You are creative and you think out of the box…
* You have your B-drivers license.
